Akbar and Mukdum Ali Arrested for Transporting 69 Grams of MDMA

Police arrested two individuals, Akbar (32) from Katapady and Mukdum Ali (28) from Uchila, for transporting 69.127 grams of MDMA near the Kemtur Railway Bridge in Korangrapady village. In addition to the drugs, authorities seized six mobile phones, a laptop, and the car they were traveling in. The total value of the seized items is estimated to be Rs 20,11,900.

The duo is currently in police custody, and a case has been registered for drug trafficking under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. The investigation continues as authorities work to trace the source of the MDMA.
