PRINCETON, Ind. (WFIE) – A woman is in custody after being arrested for driving under the influence following a car accident in Princeton, Indiana.
Gibson County Sheriff’s Office officials responded to a report of an accident at the 700 block of East State Street. As they approached the scene, authorities were informed that a vehicle had struck a parked car.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with the driver, later identified as 27-year-old Abby Hyneman. The smell of alcohol was apparent, prompting a DUI investigation.
After performing roadside sobriety tests, Hyneman was arrested and transported to the Gibson County Jail. She faces charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
