James Ginneberge Arrested for Forgery and Theft Charges

Coralville Man Faces Multiple Felony Charges in Iowa

James Ginneberge, a 28-year-old resident of Coralville, Iowa, was recently arrested on charges of forgery and second-degree theft, according to a report from the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department. Ginneberge was wanted in Washington County for allegedly cashing a fraudulent check on September 27 at CBI Bank and Trust, located at 1060 W. Monroe St., Washington. The forged check totaled $4,856.75, and the incident was captured on the bank’s security cameras.

Ginneberge now faces two counts of forgery and two counts of second-degree theft, all classified as Class D felonies under Iowa law. He is being held on a $10,000 bond, and his preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 15.
