Laurel County, KY — A significant drug bust operation in Laurel County has resulted in the arrest of 17 individuals. The arrests were part of a months-long investigation led by the Laurel County Drug Interdiction Task Force, which focused on drug trafficking activities throughout southern Kentucky.
The arrested individuals face numerous charges, primarily related to the possession and trafficking of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and other controlled substances. The operation targeted both large-scale trafficking and smaller distribution networks.

Judy Collins, 63, of London, charged with trafficking methamphetamine (first-degree, second offense)
Teddy Kirby, 56, of London, facing multiple drug possession charges
Ricky Turner, 31, of London, charged with trafficking methamphetamine
Erica Mullis, 34, of Corbin, charged with possession of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia
Crystal Watkins, 36, of East Bernstadt, charged with possession of methamphetamine
Charles Asher, 45, of East Bernstadt, charged with possession of methamphetamine
Robert Farra, 43, of Annville, facing methamphetamine trafficking charges and possession of hydrocodone
Chasity Brock, 40, of London, charged with trafficking methamphetamine
Tommy Ooten, 46, of London, charged with trafficking methamphetamine
Brittany Yaden, 36, of London, charged with trafficking methamphetamine and fentanyl
Matthew Becknell, 33, of London, charged with trafficking marijuana
Kelly Smith, 52, of London, charged with possession of methamphetamine
Daniel Hatfield, 46, of Gray, charged with multiple possession and trafficking charges
David Collins, 49, of Manchester, charged with trafficking methamphetamine
Andrew LaRose, 40, of Barbourville, charged with possession of controlled substances
Larry Turner, 38, of Rockholds, charged with possession of methamphetamine
Donna Bays, 51, of Bryant’s Store, charged with conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine
Additionally, authorities are seeking several individuals connected to the operation, including Joshua Gambrel, Brian Hubbard, Ashley Mosley, Chelsea Graham, Donnie Messer, and Tim Miller, who face various trafficking-related charges.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are continuing their efforts to locate and apprehend the remaining suspects.
